$400K Oshkosh duplex project breaks ground, aims to fill need for affordable housing


OSHKOSH (WLUK) -- First steps were taken Thursday toward the construction of a new affordable housing complex in Oshkosh.

It's the latest in a long line of efforts to fill the housing gap in the area.
