The Southern Housing Region, which includes Kenosha and nine other Wisconsin counties, will host a public hearing at 11 a.m. Nov. 5, 2025, at 112 E. Edgewater St. in Portage.
This hearing will regard:
- The proposed application for the 2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Small Cities Housing Program funds
- Review of the 2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Small Cities Housing Program
