![]() A Green Bay committee got its first look at concept plans that would combine affordable housing with new offices and a new central city station house for the Green Bay Metro Fire Department. Green Bay`s Redevelopment Authority on May 13 approved Milwaukee-based General Capital Group`s offer to purchase the former Badger Sheet Metal factory site in the 400 block of South Broadway for $1.
