MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - A strip mall on Madison’s west side will soon be converted into an apartment complex with more than 75 affordable housing units and 25 units dedicated to people experiencing homelessness.The Dane County Board of Supervisors approved the project on April 10. A 124-unit apartment complex will replace the “White House Shoppes” at 6706-6714 Odana Road.
