$2.5 million investment will help expand affordable housing in Greenfield


A $2.5 million investment in federal funds will help expand housing options for seniors and families as part of the Greenfield Affordable Housing Project, officials announced Thursday.

Layton Preserve, 9890 W. Chapman Ave., will be a 45-unit community that will include a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom townhouse units. It will feature 38 senior units and seven family units, as well as an on-site fitness center and a clubroom with a kitchen...
