Wisconsin home sales and prices continued to rise in 2024.Year-end data from the Wisconsin Realtors Association found that, statewide, 2024 sales were up 4.7% from their 2023 levels, with 67,544 sales compared to 64,518.
The median price, meanwhile, rose 8.8% to $310,000.
