Wisconsin court reverses Osceola Bluffs decision, lets project proceed

Ruling cites recent law intended to make it easier for developers to get residential projects approved.

Citing a law passed last year in Wisconsin that limited legal opposition to new housing projects, a panel of three judges this week reversed a lower court’s decision that blocked a proposed development on the St. Croix River bluff in Osceola.
