REPORT: Wisconsin Housing Inventory Improves Slightly But Seller Advantage Continues

WISCONSIN -- The Wisconsin REALTORS® Association (WRA) released its August 2023 Wisconsin Real Estate Report today. Inventory is improving slightly but sellers continue to have an advantage in the market. August 2023 sales decreased 18.3% compared to August 2022, and the median price rose 10.0% to $300,000. This was the third straight month where the statewide median price was at or above the $300,000 mark.
