Wisconsin names Foundation for Rural Housing interim provider in former NEWCAP counties

MADISON (WLUK) -- Low-income residents in 10 Northeast Wisconsin counties affected by NEWCAP’s closure will soon have a new interim provider for services.

Foundation for Rural Housing, Inc. has been named the interim provider by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families in the counties previously served by NEWCAP, effective immediately.
