Growing CRE Acroynym Trend Continues as Sperry Van Ness Offically Adopts "SVN" as its Name

Another player in commercial real estate has opted to abbreviate its name using just its initials, joining the trend established by the former CB Richard Ellis, Jones Lang LaSalle and Holiday Fenoglio Fowler.

Sperry Van Ness announced this week it will henceforth officially go by "SVN." President and CEO Kevin Maggiacomo cited the increasing familiarity of the firm's initials as its shorthand name for officially adopting the change.
