BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wis. (WKBT) -- Black River Memorial Hospital will merge with Krohn Clinic.Hospital officials made the announcement Monday, indicating that the two would merge to form "Black River Health".
The decision to merge comes as health outcomes in Jackson County have fallen behind the rest of the state of Wisconsin, according to Black River Memorial Hospital.
The new entity will try to attract new providers and offer more specialties.
Krohn Clinic`s president Dr. Michelle Clark-Forsting will serve as Chief Physician Executive, with Black River Memorial Hospital`s president and CEO jumping into the role of CEO at Black River Health....
